4 Reasons Not to Buy Acai Berries

- 1. You can be healthy without the acai berry. You just need to crack down on your eating habits and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. While acai berries have twice the strength of blueberries, this doesn’t mean you can’t eat lots of blueberries! Put them with yoghurt – yum!
- 2. You can be slim without the acai berry. While the acai berry helps contribute to a healthy diet, it’s not going to make you slim on its own. Get out there and exercise. Once a day – no excuses – go for either a 20 minute run or do some yoga or dumbbell weights inside. If you have the money then sign up for the gym with a mate. Use each other as incentives to go. Diet will help – but as stated in reason one; your diet can be great without the acai berry.
- 3. Save money; the acai berry is a little expensive. Despite its superior health benefits you can actually lead a healthy life buying ordinary vegetables and fruits from the grocery store. Why spend extra on a super food when you already have access to great food.
- 4. The acai berry may make you feel healthy and complacent, and so you stop exercising. While you will have improved chances against disease and cancer from eating the acai berries , this will be undermined by slacking off the exercise and in some cases make you worse off!
