Fat Loss For Idiots – Why Some Foods Make You Fat and Others Make You Thin

Eating for the right reasons is very important. I was going to say in today's world but, I assume it was and will forever be that way. You are the keeper of your body and you alone make the decisions about what you eat. Learn to do it well, or else?
Why do some foods make you fat and others make you thin?
- You are eating the wrong foods.
- You do not listen to your body.
- You eat the wrong types of calories per meal.
Step 1. Eating the wrong foods is making you fat because you are eating them for the wrong reasons.
- Eating for energy means eating raw foods to fuel your need to be alive.
- Eating for fun is to relax and not even think of the energy you need.
- If you are going home to rest, why do you need more energy? Eat what you wish but, you cannot do this for breakfast or lunch. It's not in the food, it's in your mindset.
Step 2. Your body is letting you know what it craves for and why. Do you listen to your body?
- Are you listening?
- Do you know how to listen?
- If your body needs energy it will make you tired if you do not give it what it needs. Listen.
- If your body wants to work out it needs the right fuel. Listen.
- If your body needs to rest, it will make you sleep. Listen.
Step 3. You eat the wrong types of calories per meal.
- Your body needs fruits and vegetables for energy. If you eat them raw, they contain all the nutrients you need. If they are cooked , that's OK but not as good. The calories are unimportant because they are all great calories.
- Your body needs fruits and vegetables to help cure sickness. They will give you the right combination's to make you well. Again, the calories are all positive, your body craves them.
- Your body needs fun calories to relax and enjoy itself a little. Junk food and all it's calories are not important in this case and your body will enjoy them and eliminate them quickly. Yes, junk foods are not important calories as long as you eat the right type of calories in the right situation.
Learn to listen to your body. Help others listen to their body. Food for thought.
