Are You Ready to Quit Your Job and Become an Entrepreneur? Work on Your Millionaire Mindset

Posted on May 2, 2010

We all have dreams, although some of us may not know what those dreams are. But regardless of what your dream is, it has the potential to make you a millionaire. If you're clueless about how to embark on such a tall task, you should know that it really isn't as far away as you think it is. All you need is a millionaire mindset.

For nutritionist and life coach Jennifer Hough, it took a performance review at work to wake her up. That performance review served as a wake-up call, which Hough remembers vividly. In fact, she quit her job at Procter and Gamble suddenly, right in the middle of that review.

“It had never crossed my mind to leave, ever, not once. It just occurred to me in a moment because I was wide open to something more. It occurred to me that I was listening to something that I hadn't listened to before,” Hough says.

Do you hear voices in your head? Okay, not voices, actually, but that internal knowledge that you should be doing something else at this precise moment? If you don't, you might just be waiting on a wake-up call similar to the one Hough had. But you've got to be ready for it, and you can prepare yourself ahead of time so when that call comes, you're ready for action immediately, just like her.

Hough says, “Oftentimes the biggest missing step is even knowing that you can, knowing that it's possible, knowing that there's nothing wrong with you, knowing that you were here for a purpose.”

It's impossible to get something done if you can't do it. Your mind puts a mental block on your ability to get it done, but once you remove it, there's no limit to what you can do.
