The eyes are the most expressive features of your face. Even if you mask a smile, your eyes will surely reveal your real feelings and emotions. The eyes are also the first things that people notice. Thus, if you have tired-looking eyes, your overall appearance will surely suffer. If you want a makeover and you want to be fabulous this holiday season, the facial features that you need to prioritize are your eyes.

There are really numerous ways in which you can make your eyes look fabulous. If you have the money, you can always opt to undergo cosmetic eye surgery to remove puffiness, to make your eyes smaller or bigger, to put crease on your eyelids and many more. However, cosmetic eye surgery usually costs a lot. If you are a regular gal just like everyone else, you do not have much money to spend; and even if you do, you just won’t spend it for such an operation.

Whatever your age, a healthy and nutritious diet will improve virtually every aspect of your life, including your health and beauty. Here are some of the top superfoods that really make a difference.

Apples

It’s the old cliché that ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’, but it’s 100% true. Apples contain pectin which lowers blood cholesterol, boron which reduces the loss of calcium preventing osteoporosis, and it contains the phytochemical quercetin which improves the firmness of collagen. Collagen is a component of skin that helps keep it firm and plump, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Pomegranates

Studies prove that pomegranate will help you slow the process of skin aging. Your skin is oxidising like a sliced apple every minute of the day. Pomegranates prevent oxidative stress that causes wrinkling, aging, thinning, and skin cancer.

The Smell of Natural Beauty
By James Penn

Many people wear colognes and perfumes to compliment their feelings and fashions. The nice thing about natural beauty is that, for the most part, these things aren’t necessary. Still, some people prefer to wear something that makes them feel extra sexy or just for fun. Like make-up, the trick to wearing a scent for natural beauty is not to hide a personal smell, but to enhance it.

A look through the drug store’s perfume display or a display at a department store is enough to get an idea of what most people find to be fashionable. While colognes such as Polo sport and Calvin Klein are made with essential oil, many of them also include synthetic materials that dampen their natural smells. If Polo Sport suits the look of an individual, then said person should go for it. However, there are less overwhelming smells that do much to compliment a person’s natural scent and personal preferences.

Exercise Your Skin – New Engineered Anti-aging Technology

Over a period of more than five years, I have had the opportunity to observe a portable product called REJUV Therapeutic Health and Beauty System evolve from a prototype to the finalized version and become available to the public in March 2007. Since the Inventor and his family have been friends of mine for over 30 years, I have also observed the tremendous results obtained with various individuals even when using the prototype and with the final System since March.

REJUV is based on an old technique of the hand-driven wooden roller system, which has been used over the past 1,000 years. With the addition of motorized 30 exclusively designed wheels, which are as soft as fingertips and each rotating 180 times per minute, it produces the equivalent of 5,000 rotations per minute.
