There are symptoms associated with sleep disorders. With insomnia, one of the most common forms of sleep disorders, the ability to function is impaired. Concentration is affected and can cause the person to go irritable.
Narcolepsy is a very serious disease because the person affected is so tired that they fall asleep at any time. The person is overwhelmed by fatigue even if they've a full nighttimes sleep.

Overcoming depression is far from easy, I should know as I have had to fight against many inner demons. I have spent many a night trying desperately to get to sleep but being unable to. It was as if my brain would not shut down with a number of worries and fears constantly going through my mind. After much work and many a battle I have now managed to come out on top. I have managed to eradicate this depression, hopefully once and for all and in this article I will explain how I managed to do this.

Two cult classics one is a book titled Insomnia written by horror novelist Stephen King and the other is the Robert DeNiro film from 1976 Taxi Driver. There have been 28 songs written and recorded about insomnia and among the artists who recorded a song were Vanessa Carlton, Green Day, Radiohead, and Tenacious D. The most popular film based on the Chuck Palahniuk novel that was a hit about 6 years ago was Fight Club with Edward Norton and Brad Pitt and the lead character was manic insomniac. This seems to be the most common form of sleeping disorder to the point that movies and songs were made about this problem.

Some of those yawns can be blamed on the complexity of modern women’s lives - they’re workers, wives, mothers and caregivers to elderly parents-all of which add up to stress and anxiety that doesn’t stop when the lights go out. With lack of sleep, you’re more likely to have a lower mood, less energy, more irritability. Women who are sleep-deprived are also at risk for a range of problems: depression, heart disease, even obesity.
Despite the toll that sleeplessness takes on their lives, women refuse to slow down. Instead almost 80 percent said they cope with their insomnia by drinking caffeine drinks. And while they don’t take time off from work or cut back on home duties, they do sacrifice time with friends and family and stop eating a healthy diet.
